I've been working out in a gym for quite some time, and notice ladies are complaining alot in mainly their triceps, love handles, hips, buttocks, quadriceps.
Triceps
Probably workout on triceps will get the muscles firmed and not flabby.
Love Handles
Probably is the diet went wrong and all they need is to have a well balance healthy clean diet, it'll probably get rid of the love handles.
When it comes to hips, buttocks and quads,
Alot of women i notice it doesn't go smaller, even they work on alot of cardio, weight training(squats), all they get his really tight quality good muscles, it still doesn't change the size on the buttocks, what gives? is there some kinda specific training?
