Probably workout on triceps will get the muscles firmed and not flabby.
Love Handles
Probably is the diet went wrong and all they need is to have a well balance healthy clean diet, it'll probably get rid of the love handles.
When it comes to hips, buttocks and quads,
Alot of women i notice it doesn't go smaller, even they work on alot of cardio, weight training(squats), all they get his really tight quality good muscles, it still doesn't change the size on the buttocks, what gives? is there some kinda specific training?
What gives is that opposed to men, most fats in women are stored in the butt, that's why it's hard to change . If a person wants to really get their storehouse fats dn, he/ she has to pursue a wk out program that'll continue the metabolic long after exercise. Sometimes the bone structure gets in the way, esp. with big boned women, there's only so much exercise & dieting can do.
Aside from proper dieting, an exercise regiment that will push the heart-rate to near max heart beats per minute and sustained over 20 minutes may help. Examples of this type of High Intensity Interval Training may be found on You Tube, just search for HIIT exercises. If pursued religiously 3 x per wk, this regiment is likely to get the stored fats dn in abt 3-4 months. I'm a guy & I lost 20lbs in 3 but then guys usually hv more muscle fibres to help the burning.
