Anyone got the Ovi Store infinite loading problem?

hmm.. just got myself HTC desire S last month, and later I dont feel so that great with Android.. now (actually tomorrow) i was thinking either to get N8 or iPhone 4, .. how to check that the unit that i'm getting tomorrow is not one of the defected unit? --> talk about the battery life. any series i should beware off?

also, any update for skype video call on N8? its kinda deal breaker for me tho, but given the fact that iphone 4 price still look ridiculous, i wouldnt mind much about it.

Well, if you forgot something, let me remind you, Symbian will be the last OS for Nseries, so it replace symbian in Nseries la. Not replacing N900 geh. But wait for N950 if u want, currently available for developer. Or you can get it in our next ranger meeting

Yea, I know; but N900 also falls in "N". It runs Maemo5, this N9 runs Maemo6/Harmattan.
N950, yea, heard there will be no warranty and no support, the device shipped out will be "beta" quality. Wonder if it will launch here; Nonetheless, OS wise, it's strays too far away from Maemo, it's much more simplified and the "app/icon" screen looks like Symbian Anna?

Anyway, just an opinion/pov coming from N900 perspective; But from N8 /Symbian device perspective, then this device looks good, a good replacement.

On the side note: wonder whats the "S" series? High End?
"W" series for WP7?

Finally a device worth investing nokia n9. Love the ui hope we get the flexibility like n900

Are you sure the N9's camera picture quality is significantly worst than the N8?

official explaination would be:we improve the F to 2.2 so the sensor size decrease.
TBH,improve to 2.2 its reli great but dun decrease the sensor size...pls...

me too.8mp vs 12mp would be quite noticable different in 43 inch HDTV.did some comparison for n8 vs n86 picture.

it wont replace my n8 since i use n8 for 2 main points-cam+gps.
yeah,its lucky coz not EDOF.

compare cam phone with dslr is.....UNFAIR LA BOSS!

Please elaborate further. For my usage, it is hard for my E52 to last 2 days when I am not traveling so I frequently charge daily.

Sometimes when I am traveling, I frequently use GPS and taking photos and the E52 can barely last till 10pm. Do you think I will have problem with the N8?

I wouldn't mind keep using the E52 except I needed a better camera.
