1/may after taroko u can visit the chingsui cliff. then in hualien can go to chisingtang beach. night can go tzechiang nightmarket or nanbin nightmarket

2/may from hualien reach till jiufen will be far. u can stop by yilan. then continue again till jiufen. can include jinguashi also if at jiufen. then overnight at jiufen



i have not book hsr ticket yet. i believe should be same thing. after booking and payment done then collect ticket before departure time at station.

yes. zuoying hsr station in kaoshiong.
using cab is expensive. why not hired a driver for a day? can negotiate the pricing i believe.
using public transport is cheap, on the otherhand if too much luggage might be trouble. tra and hsr should be ok with luggage. bus will be a bit tough i guess.

taipei airport or taoyuan airport? if taoyuan airport to taoyuan hsr u need to board the shuttle us. less than 30mins distance i believe. then use the hsr to zuoying (kaoshiong)
i think u need collect ticket at hsr station. im not sure about other place but the tra ticket i book can be collect at 7-11 shop as well
