You can go to Kinokuniya in KLCC to redeem the Free Comic!!! In addition, they are having 20% discount on all comics and trades this weekend. But I think you have to be their member in order to do so.
Not sure about Borders. Maybe you can try Borders as well.
As for Mind Shop in PJ, they are selling them at a nominal value as they want to cover back their shipping costs.
