I'm not aiming for existing or current launching. But for the months ahead.

I'm not interested in Aman Putri or Bandar Seri Coalfield anyway.

Just looking for anybody that is willing to share.

I'm searching other sources for information as well obviously and i will share if there is any.

Sharing the property that you buy is a good thing, that will create interest and help promoting the future phases of development.

There's Bukit Rahman Putra, Villamas, Sierramas, Valencia. Overall, Sg Buloh is pretty big - it spans from the Sg Buloh toll reaching to almost Kuala Selangor.

Kayenne by Guocoland, high class condo.

The Bamboo.. maybe end of next month

I read ur post on "The Bamboo" but there wasn't much information. U also mentioned Riana Green II, etc. Is this development supposedly by IJM?

And where in Sg Buloh?

If you were to narrow down only the potential area, how would you do it?

For me, Guthrie Corridor is my current limit, even Aman Putri is considered far at this moment. Therefore, Aman Putri and Bandar Seri Coalfield is out for me.

Hope that after further discussion and advise from the forum-er, I could zoom further to the better areas.

I wouldn't go further than Bukit Rahman Putra or the Sg Buloh town area which is near BRP cause otherwise I find that a lil too far. Another area U probably can look into is the area on Jln Sg Buloh [where it links Sg Buloh to Kota Damansara & Subang Terminal 3] - I believe there'll be a lot of upcoming developments there.

Kuala Selangor - well, I'll prefer Rawang but then again it really depends on where your current base is Mine's always been in PJ so ....

for Riana Green II, i not sure whether is IJM as not stated at the notice board. but if u happen to drop by Riana Green there, you will see the sign there..

As for the Bamboo, dont have much to disclose as was told the submission for city council and approval in progress.. i just saw the draft for whole project.. basically is near sg buloh industrial area and one MRT is connected to it.

Basically you are saying consider Bukit Rahman Putra, the north(Rawang) or the south(Subang terminal 3 & Kota Damansara) area and not the west(beyond Bukit Rahman Putra).

Any upcoming developments between Sungai Buloh to Kota Damansara & Subang Terminal 3 that is more than 100 acres and developed by reputable developer?

TS should put up a map and circle it. No one can read your mind. U want sungai buloh, people give you sungai buloh.

With that info, is not purely sungai buloh.

The difference is just only buluh and buloh.

Thanks for the qualification. I believe the attached maps above(post #14) have shown very clearly. All the while we have been talking about the Sungai Buloh near Sieramas, Valencia, Villamas and etc.

the first picture is basically out of sungai buloh and nearer to rawang.

the second picture dont even touch brp side, there is no new development near kampung sungai buloh. the nearest to the circle is aman putri.

That is basically recommendation by other forumer for development near to Sungai Buloh area.

So far, I'm not so interested in the existing development but waiting for new launches around or near to Sungai Buloh area.

But before, I wish to know in more details about Sungai Buloh and identify the best location to purchase property.

Yes, I have passed AP and BSC.

I wish to have an over view of Sungai Buloh so that i could prepare myself for the future launching in this area.

From what I understand, most of the developers are now focusing on Shah Alam, Klang and Cheras South. And none of the developers listed in my tread #1 is having any future projects in Sunga Buloh. Most probably due to the land bank? The one developer that is having big land bank in this area would probably be KL-Kepong Developnment(anybody cares to verify?) In the near future, SB should not be so hot unless and until RRIM kicks off.

However, I feel that Sungai Buloh has very great potential due to its close proximity with Shah Alam, Damansara and Subang. Government has announced that EPF is the main master planner of RRIM. The surrounding areas of RRIM would be greatly valuable and worthy of purchase.

sungai buloh has rapid progress and development in these 2 years...just came back from the BRP golf club area and saw the land beside the golf course been utilized to build new condo...guess what..the selling price for it is rm700k per unit....wandering the price shot up so high...so Sg Buloh i felt it might be next puchong is 10 years time...looking at the solid plantation land and vast population...u guys should check it out.

The "Kayenne' Condo project has been scrapped. Imagine the price starting at 700k up to 1.8million ! Have you guys heard about the RRIM new housing scheme ?

Not a racist but does anyone know the racial composition of the people staying at sungai buloh area.

Hi evryone.

Iv got 2 projects within sg buloh radius.

1.5 storey townhouses in sutera damansara (VALE2) from rm961k, and
2 storey semi d's at u17 shah alam (AVANTI) (on jln sg buloh/kuala selangor, nearby glomacs saujana utama) from rm1'036m.

These 2 are under construction and estimated VP in 2017.

Amverton Hills, anyone got info on 1st phase launch?

No info so far but looking at the sales gallery progress on site, looks like might launch soon, maybe after CNY? And there is also info on Amverton Hills in its website.

Fast forward now to 2016, looks like more developments coming in at Sg Buloh. Land clearing also started at RRIM.

I got below info. Not sure whether she is REN or developer's sales staff..

Amverton Hills Sg Buloh Semi D Promotion price:
TYPE B
SPA price RM1.3mil, net RM1,188,800
L/A 40x85, B/U 3,668sqft

TYPE A is RM50k cheaper with B/U of 3,370sqft.

The prices are for the smallest L/A.
