I wish to know more about Sungai Buloh area.

I'm not aiming for existing or current launching. But for the months ahead.

I'm not interested in Aman Putri or Bandar Seri Coalfield anyway.

Just looking for anybody that is willing to share.

I'm searching other sources for information as well obviously and i will share if there is any.

Sharing the property that you buy is a good thing, that will create interest and help promoting the future phases of development.

Dear tinkerbel,

If you were to narrow down only the potential area, how would you do it?

For me, Guthrie Corridor is my current limit, even Aman Putri is considered far at this moment. Therefore, Aman Putri and Bandar Seri Coalfield is out for me.

Hope that after further discussion and advise from the forum-er, I could zoom further to the better areas.

Basically you are saying consider Bukit Rahman Putra, the north(Rawang) or the south(Subang terminal 3 & Kota Damansara) area and not the west(beyond Bukit Rahman Putra).

Any upcoming developments between Sungai Buloh to Kota Damansara & Subang Terminal 3 that is more than 100 acres and developed by reputable developer?

Thanks for the qualification. I believe the attached maps above(post #14) have shown very clearly. All the while we have been talking about the Sungai Buloh near Sieramas, Valencia, Villamas and etc.

That is basically recommendation by other forumer for development near to Sungai Buloh area.

So far, I'm not so interested in the existing development but waiting for new launches around or near to Sungai Buloh area.

But before, I wish to know in more details about Sungai Buloh and identify the best location to purchase property.

Yes, I have passed AP and BSC.

I wish to have an over view of Sungai Buloh so that i could prepare myself for the future launching in this area.

From what I understand, most of the developers are now focusing on Shah Alam, Klang and Cheras South. And none of the developers listed in my tread #1 is having any future projects in Sunga Buloh. Most probably due to the land bank? The one developer that is having big land bank in this area would probably be KL-Kepong Developnment(anybody cares to verify?) In the near future, SB should not be so hot unless and until RRIM kicks off.

However, I feel that Sungai Buloh has very great potential due to its close proximity with Shah Alam, Damansara and Subang. Government has announced that EPF is the main master planner of RRIM. The surrounding areas of RRIM would be greatly valuable and worthy of purchase.
