According to Big House website, SPA & Loan legal fees are FREE!http://www.bighouse.com.my/project/detail.aspx?ID=10054Btw, any Phase 3 buyer here? I booked a P3 unit few months ago at 315,000 and have obtained the letter offer from Hong Leong Bank, but now seeing so many P1 & 2 buyer selling at cheaper price with top-up, any advise? Also, I called Big House sales office and the person told me that only Hong Leong (previously was EON before the merger), Alliance and AmBank are the panel banks. But again I saw many forumers saying PBB, UOB are also panel banks. Please let me know if anyone has the update. Thanks.

QUOTE(tnang @ Sep 5 2011, 06:08 PM) I sign my SNP/Loan Doc for Phase I, according to Akisam, all SPA & Loan inclusive of stamp duty is Free. only pay for 1st 10% so far. UOB is the panel also which I approved my loan, Well, whether to take with minimum top up or not, question is you like the area of phase I or Phase II, next which is more value for money? can always ask for low top up e.g 1k - 2k. Thanks for your reply, I will try to apply UOB and PBB as well. Btw, what is BLR rate UOB offers? I am fine with Phase I & II, I wanted to switch is because even with the top up, their selling prices are still about RM20-30k lower compared to my Phase III unit.

For those that have signed the SPA, did you receive the Letter of Undertaking from the legal firm?

Guys, do you all think that minor renovation still needed upon the completion of the project? Also, any news about when can Phase 3 owners get the keys?

QUOTE(echoesian @ Nov 11 2014, 01:57 PM) Block B QUOTE(cfa28 @ Nov 11 2014, 03:02 PM) you can only demand LAD after VP. What u need to do is to read your Loan Offer Letter / Loan Agreement to see when the commencement of Principal Loan repayment begins. Normally it will say 1) One month after Full Disbursement 2) 36-mths from First Disbursement which ever is the EARLIER Noted, will check again. Many thanks for all the reply, first time home buyer here
