This is use on myvi year 05-11 front brake caliper. Because p2 design will lot of play for the caliper which make noise when going tru uneven road..

So my solution is replace using bigger pin cw oring so tat we minimize as minimum gap possible so that we can eliminate the knocking sound up to 95%

by any chance you know or you sell bearing for MYVI? perodua told mine was broken causing scary sound

Bearing you need to let me know which bearing cox I need info to trace from my supplier...

Bearing fault will cause unsmooth sound when you traveling..

hi bro,
DIY installation shall be quite easy. i try explain below
1) Jack-up your car.
2) Remove ur front tyre.
3) you will c the caliper. then remove the caliper pin/skrew.
4) take out the existing caliper pin. then you place in new pin apply with some greease on the pin. on this stage make sure the pin can be go in & out without jammed.
5) skrew back the caliper pin to tight.
6) install back your tyre.
7) jackdown your car & give a short bench test.
8) Finish.

For my advise, most myvi using 2pcs 7.9mm c/w oring for upper side of caliper & 8.1mm with or without O-ring on lower side. 80% of the car was plug n play on my solution. 20% of car may need to grind a little bit on the lower 8.1mm pin to match the caliper pin holes.

mine this skrew is on the brake CALIPER. each side 2 pin/skrew for front only.
