i think for now i will go those rm5 per entry gym at community center, then from there i will know how much weight i need and what equipment is necessary or not.Do u know where can i manufacture all these gym stuffs?actually what do i need to manufacture except for the powerack/cage? Is the oly weight alot more expensive compare to standard?

Thanks alot van for your answers, really help me to understand alot.

that's ntg.I learn lots more from the big brothers here.

Use search function,there is already a thread abt home-made gym stuffs,some r links,sum r what the members here did for their at home workout.

Oly weight is more expensive than standard.

But always rmb,oly weight ur dumbell can't use but standard one ur DB and BB can use.

Anyway,if u're really into BB,u can spend on supplement,y not gym.Normally ppl hit the gym hard and find the need of supplement; if u can afford it,go to gym.

I saw my friends bought a lot of fancy home gym stuffs,good enugh for ppl that juz want to keep their shape. If you are really abt building muscles and BB, you need just weights to squat,lift and bench.

These are the basic compound exercises.

When you getting advance,you need to isolate your muscles,the machines is definitely give you lots hands.

Even I'm just amateur,i really love those machines especially for back building.

Commercial gym cost u around 120 to 180 per month, ghetto gym less than 100 a month;Home Gyms is like infinity invest;

Another one and most important reason, when you workout at gym, you can learn from others,you can get someone to spot u;

AT home,unless you have siblings or parents that know what you are doin,otherwise,you hardly know your form,you pay huge price when things goes wrg,you end up paying medical bills.

My personal advice,enjoy ur home gym,when you mastered all the basic especially on forms and postures for lifting,squatting,bench etc.

I'm one of those that workout at home;But I always go slow n steady on the poundage, cos i cant afford the iron price and i cant afford breaking my back (i'm still young).

ENJOY BB.
