Hi guys, just a question, lets say if i get a motorcycle first now without having a licence yet(no time to take one so soon), can i renew my roadtax next year if i still dont have a licence by next year?

Might be getting modenas ct100 soon. Just need a bike for less than 4km travel everyday.
