depending own ur preference to brand name and bike style, i suggest u look into naza blade naked 650 efi or naza blade 250r efi.

good bike in my opinion, but lots of criticism from other bikers. after all, its ur beginner bike afterall, not ur ultimate final bike.

the 650 naked is only about rm26k otr, slight more than ninja 250r, but u get 400cc more.

for blade 250r, otr about 18k, design is sporty like ninja, but at lesser price(but in my opinion not that worth as the resale value is much lower later than ninja)

yeah, just a lil bit of topup u get ER6, but end up higher insurance/roadtax
maintenance i believe its just around ninja. i also looking for er6 but quite hard to get it since need to pay cash and hard to get loan from bank.

bro liki, i also currently find the best shop for ninja and so far i found 1 shop offer loan rate about 7.2% and its credit from shop.
total OTR is 24880.
