there are those small red ants inside my laptop..is the small red ants attracted to heats?they keep crawling into the speaker hole of my laptop. Once they crawl out, i squeeze them to death...how to draw them out of my laptop?i dun wan thousands of ants body inside my laptop.any suggestions?

i get that alot. always ants crawling on my laptop and phone. but found out theres none inside.

those ants are somehow attracted to very warm place with electro magnetic waves.

Burn them. Burn them all.

Seriously, just open up your notebook and clean it. Get a can of compressed air or a USB powered vacuum cleaner and blow/suck at every vent you can.

Yeah, I had this problem as well with my previous Qosmio F60.... you need to be careful and keep your desk clean at all times
I usually just keep on luring them out by blowing at them holes and then luring them out, then kill them

How is that possible? Sweet things inside laptop?

Works for me, whenever I blow, some "curious" ones will come out and I kill them
Oh ya, one more thing, try not to leave your laptop at your desk during the night. Keep it properly and put it away to prevent more ants from entering the chassis

Still, the most effective way is to open up the laptop and check, its going to be a problem if they built a nest there

i had a similar experience, but it wasn't my laptop. they were under my lcd tv's stand. i was surprised as my room have no record of ants for many years.

did a full clean my room after that. so far ok, after few months ledi no sign of them.

i duno if the ants attracted to the electro magnetic wave or the heat but what i know is whenever i have an unused device such as old hanphone or a dead laptop.. there will be these ants.. once i found they build a ant nest in my old nokia 6600..

dun use the ant poison. they will be dead inside! tried vacuum or use torchlight lured them out.. they like to stay place like inside our ear that kinda temperature.. if they saw the light, it will follow the light!

at dark place.. point any light towards the part u doubt got ants.. they will slowly become urs!

better clean it up asap later they set up base at ur laptop... then i dunno liau. so dun eat while playing ur lappy or drink starbuck while the drinks drop a small portion at ur speaker hole.

open up ur laptop, burn the suckas

no need lah. use vacuum suck it then use hair dryer blow it! repeat this 2 step again! until u feel satisfied!

go play black ops, heat up inside, burn the suckas
