the technician from other shop come & check my dns
he said u degil always dun use his method but it work perfect on my pc & the line. no problem at all..

but lee if u set dns u need set ur ip address like 192.168.0.101/192.168.1.101 depend u use unifi or streamyx

whr got 7xxmb? 1++GB leh.. raise?? they said want cut cost. i actually wanna get 10% commission myself on each sales i deal with. but this really not my type of attitude. if 1 client bought rm 1k, i mark up myself 10% got rm 100 liau damn 1 mth dunno how many jor. my sales got average got 30-40k per mth!

When quick google, I found some links says 7xx MB..

and when i change my graphic card to discrete i cant adjust the brightness anymore,normal right?

y u need del ati driver? no need de lah.

u go safe mode then at control panel there use the program features to del it then find the previously files location that u installed, del it clearly!

run > type %temp% > del all files > restart

u can start install new driver.

Before doing a clean install, just try install Catalyst 11.8 WHQL first. See if it solve your problem.

1) Download 11.8 http://www2.ati.com/DriVeRs/mobile/11-8_mo..._dd_ccc_ocl.exe
2) Just install

After install, make sure Catalyst Information show that it is 11.8. Check if still have graphic problem.

This that is not working, am afraid you need to do a clean install:

1) Download and install Driver Sweeper http://www.guru3d.com/category/driversweeper/
2) Uninstall All AMD / ATI applications in Control Panel. (Important)
3) Restart, press F8 to boot into Safe mode. Run Driver Sweeper, chose to remove all ATI files.
4) Reboot. Install Catalyst 11.8. No need switch to Discrete in BIOS.

Can't change brightness in discrete mode without off and on the screen.

Just install it over it. Follow below steps? or no need switch the graphic card?

1. reboot notebook
2. spam F2 go to BIOS, switch graphic to Discrete and save changes
3. boot into Windows, install Catalyst 11.8, chose Custom
4. after installation, reboot, go to BIOS, switch back to Switchable graphic
5. Boot into Windows and voila!

No longer need to switch to Discrete anymore. I am not sure since which Catalyst, but you no longer need to do that.

I tried the first method..the problem still accur.. But I find out that if I switch to intel graphic , can solve the problem but will lag only..that mean my GC got problem? Do I still need to try 2nd method?

If there is a problem with Catalyst driver, it will not affect Intel driver. So, there is still possibility that updating Catalyst can solve it. Only if it's not working, the problem should be more towards hardware...

i will try 2nd method later, but acer warranty cover GC right?

Omg..cow,after I try 2nd method and restart,my screen become black,no display...how?
