Me Me Me! I've got my Atrix 1 year ago, now only got time to mod it, lolz... Hope you guys like it...

But due to my previous Magnum 450Watt, Boom liao, so no PSU now, cant turn it on to show you guys

Hehe, seriously done by myself, spent me half a month to collect material, buy material, mod slowly, cut here, screw there, bla bla bla... My fingers all injured liao~! lolz! But seriously nice, I like it so much, later I buy PSU liao only show you the "turn on" mode...

Yala, show you something, my self modded "fan card" which I sloted in my last row of PCI, thats why no place for my inverter liao, wahahah shame shame~

Hehe, yeap, I inserted the fan card into one of the PCI slot, and I used the rosak'ed USB card plate as the support of the fan card lo, and everything match nicely... Thanks Thanks~

Added on February 15, 2007, 6:11 pmActually it doesnt matter you use 8cm 9cm or 12cm fan, I myself prefer to mod it something look like the ventec fan card ma, so just cut the acrylics and use the rosak'ed USB card plate as support lo and shaped them into how it looks now, hahaha~

If you think of using a 12cm fan, sure, why not? if you think it cant be supported, you can add legs to them, something like table legs...

Yeap, I have installed 2x 8cm CoolerMaster Blue LED fans at the front, but kinda troublesome if you wanna install it, you'll need to remoce the HDD bay and also the front panel, then only can screw it nicely..

Oh sure, Im going to lowyat this saturday, for my PSU, lolz~ Then I'll show you...

Hmmm, I see you have a 12cm fan at your acrylic right? could be that prob bah, sound of the fan... Mine totally closed up, hehe~ Very quiet~

Actually CM's fan is the most quiet I can find la, some other like icut* or ther***take very noisy one, hehe~

Hmmm, ok ok la, not so hard and not so easy to remove, haha! Need patient, remove those pins one by one lo, but have to be careful, coz I find the plastic is kinda brittle, that's why I totally removed the HDD bay and ownself custom made a acrylic HDD bay, lolz!

But one more thing, previously I was using Atrix 5k with the side "web", day goes by, dust accumulated alot, need to take it out and clean frequently...

Basically, I have modded few:
1) Change side and top panel to acrylics
2) Cut original 9cm hole at the back become 2x 8cm holes
3) Cut and add 2x 8cm holes on top of the acrylics
4) Selfmade fan card
5) Added alot of CM fans
6) Added RAM cooler
7) Added one CCFL underneath the casing
8) Added 4x (12v) Blue LEDs underneath the front panel!

1st thing I do is, remove the side web and cut a nice fit size of acrylic as window...
This leads to future mafan to me also, coz need to sleeve and tidy up all those wires so that looks nice... Haha!

But finally, everything fit nicely, whee!

2nd'ly, of course need to sleeve up and tidy all those wires inside lo, hehehe, and the RAM cooler from one forumer and Hyper 48+ from Cycom... Of course, I've changed the ori CM fan to Vantec UV blue fans, looks "cooler"!

As you can see at the back there, I've cut the ori 9cm hole become 2x 8cm holes, so that can fit 2x fans, yay!

And also my lovely selfmake fan-card, whee!

3rd'ly, I've found one slim and small hole at the bottom of the front panel, which can actually fit 4x LEDs, so the modded effect comes out like this! enjoy!

Hmmm, I use 4 LEDs (3v each), and the connect them in series so that 4x3v=12v, which you can use the yellow 12v and ground of PSU!~
