setapak is seeing lotsa "movements"... as I just told @vin_ann last weekend that big players are coming in....

for example, MRCB has bought a large tract of land in Setapak for future mega-development

guya... juz google "mrcb setapak"

setapak is still a developing place...

no offence first things that come to mind is messy, squatters, "low class", "very far hor". etc

to me it is the most affordable place close to KL... cost of entry is low!
