sad case is that in our nation, all mass media was controlled by the government and hence, controlled and biased news.make matters worst, there's news made by opposition views, thus makes it biased towards the opposition.there's no such thing as neutral pov news.

Any news can be biased!

As for negativity, the stories are more interesting.

this issue talk before in newspaper & radio.

read news- ppl become negetive....hopeless, like to critic this & that.... cry.gif

don't read- don't know what happen arround us. Yes, u can keep your life better & more positif. - but at the end, u also need to face the problem, not running from problem.

Media can control the public awareness...but gorvernment can control the media. Sometime the ppl also don't know how to diferential the fake news? hmm.gif

My conclusion: Media can report the true for public, can provide goods & bads info, & also can manipulate ppl. At the end, only ourself to judge the truth.

People rarely appreciate good news except when it involves them. Bad news seem to attract more viewers/readers/listeners.

Since news agencies are businesses (with a main goal of making profit), they would report on the news that attracts the most viewers/readers/listeners.
