Don't believe in screen protector. Its a hardened glass but not as tough as gorilla but similar in composition, so its doesn't really require protectors.
My SGS is already more than a year and no scratch so far, put in pocket with coins and other craps, but SGS is gorilla. Lets see how my IPad look in 6 months.
I only use back cover and Apple smartcover.

you r right. ipad's glass is scratch proof as i saw my fren's ipad1 haven even got a single scracth, not even the tiny hair scratch after 1.5 years. But personally i'm using ZAGG as screen protector not because scratch proof, but to absorb the impact just in case dropped. It cost me RM109 for the glass but with lifetime warranty. Material wise is not plastic, but is PU, so you feel a bit rubbery and thicker than other brand in the market. Sensitivity wise is same like no screen protector, but the cons is u see some orange peel feel from certain angle though.

ZAGG full protection, which include of front and rear screen protector. Price is slightly below RM150, guess someone in garage sold for RM110 before. Its a one package sealed in paper box(Zi3 Pi2). Try google ZAGG for more information, please. Material wise is polyeutheryn (PU).

It comes in lifetime warranty, so if you found this stuff scratched, you can alwis go get replacement. So do keep receipt and the box as evidence. I'm using it so i know how good it was, and how bad it was. biggrin.gif Not much bad, just a lil orange peel feel from certain angle, that's it~

Yeah, that's the downside of the SE canvas and even there's a forumer who use a dryer and a plyer to bend the lid a bit. It may be a lil heavier but your iPad will securely protected from knocking and drop in certain distance, just push the spine a little bit when closing the cover.
