is it... i questioned DHL how come later shipment can get clearance first, he said its all depends on paperwork. whats that even supposed to mean??? anyway whats your promised delivery date? mine supposed to be yesterday.

anyway its not about menyusahkan diorang ke tak.. its about doing things right. they offer a service, then they should honour it.

to my knowledge they said its gonna be reflected only in your next month cc bill.

mine same like you in terms of the status. but i ordered 2 days earlier, i.e. 4 may. still clearance delay. angry. but cannot do anything other than pathetic rm100 refund. and affected days because mind keep on thinking when can i receive my ipad.

anyone with 20th may shipment got new update abt our clearance status?

20th may shipment gang, i called DHL earlier and was promised by this CS named 'Thiru' (an indian guy) that my shipment will be cleared latest by tomorrow and delivered latest by monday. perhaps you can try call and ask about yours also?

and i've called Apple CS named Thomas and gave my 2cents on how unfair it is for those with later shipment to be cleared first (no offense people - you'd feel the same if you are in the same boat) and demand him to escalate the matter to management or whoever it may concerned for further action. hope this will speed up the backlog shipment, esp 19th may and 20th may's one.

another annoying status for 19th and 20th may shipment. BS big time laaa this people. i'm so gonna call DHL and talk to Tharu again since he's the one saying my ipad will be delivered on monday. how is that even possible if as of today status still clearance delay??? *ANGRY!*

if not mistaken they wont to delivery to office address during non-working hours / days. but u can check and let us know here ya? plus, we cannot key in hp number aite when we filled order form that time?

Added on May 29, 2011, 8:18 amyaiks i just checked mine and status as of today is 'departed from facility'! and mine also is to be shipped to husband's office. and both husband's and my contact numbers that i put in the order form are our office numbers (coz i cant seem to fill in the hp
number coz not of the digit limitation).. how are they supposed to contact me yah coz obviously we r not in office today and i cant call dhl now coz husband is around! (its a surprise gift for him).

agreed!! like all the complaints mentioned here were not for nothing. there are reasons for it, i.e. receive late than delivery date given by apple.

oooo yesssss!! hope so high already after last week's few days of 'heart attack' coz keeps on seeing 'clearance delay' status...

to my fellow 20th may shipment batch, i'm done with the 'battle'..
