hi guys,

i went to the site last weekend but unable to go in.
from outside, it look like its already 80-90% completion (minus the finishing & road)

any update from the lawyer?

what is the status on your side regarding the releasing of the loan?

I returned back the form together with cheque to MS office last Sat.

someone is correct, it look very weird on the diff design & color on the same row.
very dissapointed on MS. they seem didnt care much about 2 & 2 1/2 stories.

they only focus on their "own" projects and not on the whole KR under their care. sad.gif

wow...there are few owner selling 2 story unit at 950k to 990k now

just found the letter given by MS, we shall get the key by 10th May 2012

the interest is really not acceptable.. we are not purposely wan to delay the progress payment.
its between the lawyer, banker & MS who "delay" the stamping on the loan agreement.

we did paid the progresive payment interest accordingly every month after the bank release the money...
it reallly not fair to us...

lets wait and see wats the lawyer goin to explain about this mad.gif

1. 2sty 2.5sty selling price diff, so construction stage claim also diff

2. the date of drawdown from bank, diff purchaser got diff bank, depends when the bank drawdown the money to ms
most late payment charged was 2a-2e, before loan doc stamping, i think we can ask for waiver for this.
