ya confuse. You better check with the SA.
The SA told me that only phase 2C 3-storey and SD / Bungalow are CONQUAS rated.

It's really irrelevant now talking about to check with SA knowing the fact that they are already listed under CONQUAS; be it for reference or certification or whatever you call it...

Actually I was not surprise about it being listed. What I was confuse about is the considerably high score they got while (from what I seen here in forum and FB) owners were not merely satisfied. Most complained about finishing quality, and the score on Conquas Architectural is mainly pointing to finishes and workmanship. I haven't got the chance to really look at a completed unit myself - so just trying to see if anyone here have some clues about the matter.

The guard told me 4 families moved in. I wonder how 'safe' is it, especially at night

If the guard can just give away info like who has moved in, it's not safe at all (not now, not ever)

Done! Noticed that Taman Damai Utama Phase 1,2 and 3 were already Unifi ready.

What about Maxis Home Fibre? Though not sure availability in KR but a lot Jalan @ Bandar Kinrara already available.
Now price @ RM138 for 10 Mbps with no upload/download quota limit.

It's even cheaper than unifi @ 5Mbps. But may have problem as small clause stating unlimited quota extended until further notice. Unifi used to have similar clause but they seem to have removed it (pls advice if info differ).

Please share if anyone have experience with this product or latest updates.

Done registering. I heard of Time Broadband offering 100mbps at RM179.00 , how good is the service from this provider? And also heard from a contractor in KR, Mahsing will reinstall all the perimeter fencing surrounding KR 2/2.5/3 storey area; anyone aware of this?

Hi,

Thanks for sharing. I just checked their site http://time.com.my/consumer/time_fibre_broadband.asp
The 100mbps @ RM179 package has quota limit to 100GB. So if you're watching / downloading HD movies daily, limit gone in less than a week. However, their unlimited package from 8mbps @ RM129 (with first 30hours boost to 50mbps) is pretty nice on paper.

Anyone with experience on this, pls share along. smile.gif

The fencing reinstallation for link houses? To better quality ones (iron fence)? Or brickwall? Anyone else know of this?
Hopefully they are not downgrading the fence quality further to those green mesh wired... could it be that they initially intended to to standardize fencing within the link houses using the same ones currently installed, but suddenly out of stock, so decided to change (and the green mesh always got stock)...
