How could you decide not to help your customers?

AC: We have a team of people who go though all case notes and find new issues that are popping up a lot and send notices to all of AppleCare. Our notice for Mac Defender is that we’re not supposed to help customers remove malware from their computer.
At least Microsoft provide support for their customers when it come to malware.
Looks like Apple to trying to "protect their no-virus image".
Lesson learn. Use common sense. Never assume. Stop buying Mac.
Windows is cheaper, can play more games, provide support and have vast security setup up for free.
