Errrr... Now I'm worried a little...

I have just changed the water for the Marimos and I gently squeezed out the water from them... After I squeeze it out, they seems to be a little smaller but when I put them back into the water, they does not seems to float at all...
Is this common as they need some time to float back again after squeezing out the water??? Or something is not right with my Marimos cry.gif cry.gif cry.gif

I'm so worried now sad.gif

Did you try to do what the FAQ on the first page taught??? Maybe you can try to put them on the fridge to cool them down a little, or try to put some ice cubes in it... Put at least 24 hours and see if the yellow still persists...

Does the patch of bulu that wants to cabut out has a lump??? Is it like got 1 small mountain??? If yes, then most likely it is multiplying...

Anyway, don't worry... Having their fur to drop of is common but make sure not botak can already...
And your Marimo looks super healthy, super green and cute laugh.gif

I remember leeyung mention before that if a small patch comes out, it is also a sign of multiplying... It is not necessary to be a lump... Maybe you have to wait for awhile and see how it goes... But from what I know, if your Marimo is not yellow/brownish in color even though they drop off, it should not be a big problem... They are still healthy biggrin.gif

Cause I tried to massage the nano Marimo between my palm gently last week when I change the water for them... Then while I'm massaging her, I notice there is a big split on the middle... I thought I accidentally split them to half while I'm massaging her blush.gif blush.gif blush.gif

I need some help from you guys...

Both of my giant Marimo has something looks like tiny rocks/pebbles sticking on their fur... Last time they only have a few of it but as today, it seems like the tiny rocks/pebbles has more and more... They hide within the fur of the giant Marimos and I need to scratch them to get some of the tiny rocks/pebbles out deep inside their fur... I really have no idea what are those as it really looks like tiny tiny rocks/pebbles to me... Some of the tiny rocks/pebbles has crystal white color and some are brownish...

I'm not sure is it because of the gravel I put in it because they has similar colors with the tiny rocks/pebbles... If it is the gravels, does that mean when the Marimo's breathe in, they will suck some of the tiny gravels onto their fur or what???

But the problem is the gravel I'm using is bigger size than the thing sticking on their fur... Is almost 2 times the sizes... The gravels are small but the pebbles/rocks sticking on their fur are even smaller... So is it still because of the gravel???

When it arrived to my house, there are no gravel sticking on them... So I think is because of the gravel I used... tongue.gif
