 IJM and BRDB new project along jalan dutamas raya

This jalan dutamas raya is not longer become part of segambut, more like a new area which neighbourhood with mont kiara and sri hatamas.

The average price for the condo along this road are from 250 to 350psf . (new such as changkat view, villa makmur and anggun puri, old like duta ria, menara duta and prima duta). all are quite well maintain and the price are half if comapre to MK and hartamas.

with the completion of Sunrise major commercial project Solaris dutamas, all other major developers start to develop project at this area...including mah sing icon residence and now IJM and BRDB new condo project. Heard that the price is start from 500psf...

the existing condo should up to 400 psf above in future....

is it?...where u gt this info?...last weekend i meet an agent downstair, she is going to sell the MK view corner 1000sqf unit at 365k, and she ask me whether wanna sell my800 sqf unit or not..she can sell at at least 280k....my purchase price 6 months ago only 215k.... tongue.gif..by the way, airline gor, where do u live? somewhere at this area too?

Erm penthouse around rm550k above with 4 car parks. Fully furnish.
365k and 400k I don't think is penthouse.
I stay at sri hartamas/ solaris dutamas/ Solaris mont kiara that side.

yea i think the same too, 400k should be those 1000 sqf high floor unit...

the agent that i met few days ago, she is selling the 18 floor corner unit, 1000sqf, face excellent mont kiara view...gt buyer offer 355k but owner insist 365k....

the last 800sqf unit frm developer i grab it 6 months ago with 215k... tongue.gif

i guess it might be outdated info I got from my contractor. Should be last year's price then. Not sure developer unit or not.

Any news on this? I'm actually quite interested to see what the development is here. Good location I think, especially if linked to the back road of Kiara 3.

I went to see the site a few days ago, it is quiet unlike Mont Kiara which is surrounded by concrete buildings and highways. Got many nice gated semi-d developments nearby like Laman Damaisari, Mesra Terrace (I like!), Bukit Prima Pelangi, The Serai, Surya & Bayu Residence, etc. and some villa thing by UOA group. Is that a good factor?

If the road up the hill is connected to Jalan Kiara 3 at the back, and MK28 links Jalan Kiara 1 to 3, access for this one is excellent!

Haven't even launched. Only hear rumours here and there, it seems it is the cheapest property BRDB is launching...
