IJM and BRDB new project along jalan dutamas raya

This jalan dutamas raya is not longer become part of segambut, more like a new area which neighbourhood with mont kiara and sri hatamas. The average price for the condo along this road are from 250 to 350psf . (new such as changkat view, villa makmur and anggun puri, old like duta ria, menara duta and prima duta). all are quite well maintain and the price are half if comapre to MK and hartamas. with the completion of Sunrise major commercial project Solaris dutamas, all other major developers start to develop project at this area...including mah sing icon residence and now IJM and BRDB new condo project. Heard that the price is start from 500psf... the existing condo should up to 400 psf above in future....  BRDB kiara north show house in making...
