Bro, u din change brake pad?

hey guys... recently when i open my bonnet, i hear some sound like something is spinning not smooth... giving out "tak tak tak" sound... i know this sound is famous for iafm faulty, but i don't feel any lag in power during accelerating. i faced iafm faulty few months back and it will cause some power lag when accelerating. i suspect it is the sound is from the alternator since my car already 2yrs old and never change the battery and alternator before, but i can't comfirm where's the sound come from... anyone know how to identify iafm faulty and alternator faulty? >< thanks.

wokay...use federal will be 27.5 km...to and fro 55 km

today afternoon juz test my car after install LCP few days ago..i was drive normal to hit to 120 1st,then direct full throttle to let the 3rd gear drag to 170 wit 6.5k rpm,then the gear will automatically shift the 4th gear ady..the speed is 180kmh..but i wonder why my car drag gear to 5k rpm every gear especially from 2nd to 3rd gear,when the gear auto shift up,the rpm will drop to 4k then drop again to 3.5k then juz start climb up again..i was maintain same level of throttle lo..

That's normal and expected la.. Cos ur crank pulley lighter now mah. There's less load, thus can spin faster..
