hey guys... recently when i open my bonnet, i hear some sound like something is spinning not smooth... giving out "tak tak tak" sound... i know this sound is famous for iafm faulty, but i don't feel any lag in power during accelerating. i faced iafm faulty few months back and it will cause some power lag when accelerating. i suspect it is the sound is from the alternator since my car already 2yrs old and never change the battery and alternator before, but i can't comfirm where's the sound come from... anyone know how to identify iafm faulty and alternator faulty? >< thanks.

hey guys... i know many of you changed to RapidStop 550c brake pad... want to ask, do you guys face some metal rubbing on metal sound when u apply the brake gently? like during traffic jam?
