Quality of pillow definitely unquestionable though I can't comment on durability since I just started using for a week but all seems fine xD. Pillow definitely soft and doesn't fall out of shape =). Thanks for coming all the way to BU just to pass it to me and so as an extra, here's a picture of the daki =P
