i'm one of the few lucky ones.
started off with myofusion as my first supplement, without wasting money on overpriced supp.

Guys.. noobie here.. may i ask.. ON gold standard whey protein, compared to other proteins. is ON good?

well, there's nothing wrong with it, if thats what you want to know. a lot of us are on ON Whey or have taken it before. its a popular brand, no doubt.

It is a good brand, there is a reason it is the #1 best selling. HOWEVER, most whey proteins are very similar.... as long as it is low in sugar and low in cholesterol, you should be alright. Just try some different ones and see which tastes/mixes the best.

Just about every award that is mentioned in their label and marketing gizmos.. Whether they are real or not is another question

I hate to say this. Muscletech overprice but for my own, i just finish a tub i can see the effect bt that's maybe because of my workout and diet..

Then, I jz started back myofusion, usually i'll gain weight with this. if trying to get lean, maybe can try any whey protein.. nt really need to go for muscletech..
