as u have said,if u are chi,u are encouraged to get at least 3.8 or even 4.00..if not hardly to get ur desired course..
but matric is much more better than stpm,higher chance to enter uni,from my peers' experience..
if ur spm result is good,enter private uni is a good choice also,there are many colleges/uni which are offering scholarship rite now..
