Plus the road sometimes, small and jammed up lah.

Quite stress to be waiting at the intersection sometimes to go out.

But the good thing is, going to Pavi only takes me 20 min when the road is clear laugh.gif

After this Duke 3 SPE complete even much easier to go KLCC / Midvalley. Drive straight no traffic light no nothing, just be ready to pay the toll biggrin.gif

Definitely different.
That area more high end. Tenant profile also better graded ones.
Area wise Wangsa Maju Seksyen 10 is also more sought after compare to Taman Melati.
