GDEX is more safe than other courier service
normally for laptop, we will use the GDEX as priority courier service
Complaint about GDEX services, rampage!! arrrghhh!!!

maybe depends branches
which area gdex have this problem ? so far we no have any issue with gdex. got few experience with gdex, for some really rural area, gdex will call us say it will delay for 2 days because they can't reach the kampung area, and i heard they take taxi to main road, then need walk to quite long distance just can do delivery (according to receiver). other courier service not able to do so. |

serdang branch is good. the manager is a chinese and their drivers are very friendly. maybe u drop by their branch and ask for the problem. locate beside south city only.
