today, had horrible experience with GDex...again! No bell, no calling whatsoever, i am at home. throw a Sorry card into my house compound and went off! got so mad, called their office and the fella can only tell me the driver not picking up his call.
i wonder if it's GDex standard operating procedure to immediately issue Sorry card when looks like no one at home or when house door is closed. Guess by doing this way, they can go many destinations and save time and in the end, ask customer to go collect from their office.
Complaint about GDEX services, rampage!! arrrghhh!!!
