This actually happened to me. I didn't receive the parcel since 18 September until now. even I had several times contacted Gdex courier service (kampar branch), but they don't provide the action that can satisfy the customer. on the first day they said parcels could not be dispatched out to cameron highlands because there is no driver, then the next day they said the parcel can't be checked because the system is in error and will be informed later, then the next day I called back Gdex kampar branch, they said the system has been able to check the parcel but the parcel stored in the warehouse and must check back. and at the end I decided not to contact them anymore. it's just waste of my time. after that I track the consignment number on the site gdex. What I find ?? I was very surprised when found that the delivery status changed to "Non Service Area (NSA)" previously listed status "Outbound from hub to Kampar Branch" for two weeks. What the f*ck?! It's a joke?! I saw they were sent parcels to other customers, even in the same week and in the same region as my address. Damn it, the worst courier service I have ever experienced.Attached Image
