The rate depends on your bank. You have to check with the bank to find our their rate.

That's not completely answering the question. Yes the bank will charge varying rates, Malaysian itunes store still displays currencies in USD.

HOWEVER, to register your credit card with itunes US account, you need to give your US address where you registered that credit card with, since you are using a 100% legit US credit card, right? *wink*
