so unlucky last night i had an accident..
parked my car in front of a shop.. suddenly a motorcyclist rammed to my driver's door..
the door had minor 'kemek' but the rider was in very bad shape.. his left leg broke..
he said the throttle was stuck.. i called ambulance to fetch him to the hospital..
this morning went to lodge a police report.. one insurance agent came to me and asked me what happened..
i just told him and then he just said "encik itu rider can claim on your insurance".. wtfishhh.. i don't do anything..
"skrg punya law klu moto rider langgar kereta , x kira dia salah, klu dia ada patah kaki atau tangan dia boleh claim your insurance".. wthorsee..
and then went to see the 'pegawai penyiasat', he also said that this kind of case is usually sided to motorcyclist..
man what kind of law is it..
tomorrow will go to see my insurance agent to discuss more about this thing..
hope luck will be on my side..

well this is just not correct... same rule in thailand, anything smaller than you although the other party is at ault, still you are the one being blame.. puiii....

Well rider did say his throttle stuck, can use that as an argument for your case bro. hope results will be on your side. btw where did that insurance agent come from? was he from the riders insurance or yours? might be conn man..

the rider now is in the hospital for surgery to 'pasang besi' for his leg.. don't know the agent that talked to me but he maybe agent that 'cari makan' at the police station..

now i don't know if he want to claim my insurance.. but if he do i will consider your suggestion..

Hehehe that vios must bragging his experience in some internet forums somewhere.

To smoke a persistent vios more than 190km/h required. Maybe that vios just used better set of tyres. Just using a PS3 can increase your corner speed. Maybe with adrenalin can increase a bit more speed. R1R?
But if you can see that vios corners quite flat than it's suspension must be for taking corners.

That's why no point layan high speed chasing. Proton is not about speed. It's all about handling. I also feel my Waja CPS not fast enough. My Savvy can go as fast as 170kmh (or 185kmh when downhill on MEX) and last week I tried max speed on Waja CPS, almost around the same speed, quite disappointing

Then I overtake that EK (I think no B16 DNA) at 160kmh and to my suprise that Saga can keep up with me at 180kmh!! I not even left him 1 tiang

But sometimes need to do high speed chasing, coz not all the time at the highway we can find klawang's road corner.

I think front use 6 k will be very good already... Sometimes car too bumpy also kurang confidence one. Hahaha... I using 5k only, comfort yet performance. If camber and allignment set to abit racing one, lagi cun. I smoke 1 vios and city during cornering and my face was laughing all the way.hahaha...
