Is Workshop Technology and Manufacturing & Operations Management hard? Register for both of them plus Engineer & Society. Will it be too much for a new student??

I advice you not to overload yourself.

Workshop Tech + Eng Soc is okay. Else just Eng Soc + Co-cu willl be just fine.

MOM is a Gamma level subject which has higher Bloom's taxonomy ie higher cognitive level.

You need to show the course structure to your mum. For short trimester, 6 credit hours. MMU has 2 long trimesters and 1 short one. Not to mention that you are new and need time to adapt. People dont label ME program as among the toughest program for no reason. Taking too many credit hours may cost you pointers and demotivate you.

Last week of withdrawal for short sem is week 4. Drop period is Week 1 and 2.

Added on March 9, 2012, 9:28 pmIf you take MOM now, you will be only taking 1 subject in one of the short trimester. FYI.
