At that day, they announced the 1Store to the android app development training attendees including me. But until now, I don't see any android app at 1Store. Maybe the initiative not so good or the 1Store not so popular to advertise the app.

Just stay with android market is better I think.

Ah i disabled fast boot to check s-off/s-on for the DS thread. Enabled it back on and then i checked the market again and Top Paid is there.

*solution found,is uninstall update for market and click it back
and is it buy the paid apps must use credit card ??
can it deduct my phone account money ??

You can use credit or debit card... Some apps accept paypal... There is no carrier payment for Malaysia... "Yet"...

Goto http://checkout.google.com and enter your debit card information from there... After that it's simple...

of course is market la, go international, domestic sales is lousy, besides, anything with a ONE in front sux! Example: 1 Malaysia concept..

You can try to follow step below:
go to [Manage Applications] -> [Running] -> [Market] -> [Uninstall Updates]

Then it should work fine.
