Not really. Given the current exchange rate. I would say its pretty reasonable. Im quite sure if they start charging us my RM, the price for a 0.99USD app will cost at least RM3.50.

AFAIK, the 15 minute window only activates after the download completes, and the money will only be charged after the 15 minute window. So the refund is effectively a 'don't charge me'.

Also, if you've refunded on an app before, and would like to try the same app again, the refund policy will not apply to you for the 2nd 'purchase'.

one question - normally the paid apps are tied to our account. If we use our account in 2 devices - let say Desire HD and Asus Eee Pad Transfomer - we can use the same apps in both devices? Anyone tried this?

I have... both my DHD and DS using the same Google account... both paid apps work...

Actually I am looking for a portable photo storage. I need SD card slot and USB slot on the same device so that I can transfer/backup the photos from my DSLR SD Card to a portable hard disk. I think at the moment only Asus Eee Pad Transformer with Docks can do that.
