*rushing, complete in around 45 minutes. *8 rep is good, gives alot of pump!

@xCM you ought to add the weight of the bar into your journal. if you're using oly grade (or similar) collars, these should be added as well. btw your 30kg jump was a little optimistic on the last deadlift but i bet you could've managed at least 1 rep at 120kg (including bar weight).
