you ought to add the weight of the bar into your journal. if you're using oly grade (or similar) collars, these should be added as well. btw your 30kg jump was a little optimistic on the last deadlift but i bet you could've managed at least 1 rep at 120kg (including bar weight).

Okay. I shall put deadlift first next time. I was exhausted during deadlift exercise already. I was aiming to achieve last time record, but that time deadlift was my first exercise, now looking back,should have drop the weight and do lighter.
