Sure not normal. The tyre is broken, go change it. Probably he let the bike sit untul pancit and side stand til the tyre zao-heng. Or really manufacturing defect.

If I sell CockPennzoil Oil, of course I'll tell you to stop using d|ck Motul Oil and use Cock Penzzoil Oil. I am not saying one is better than the other. I'm saying pay attention during oil change and take note of what is the condition of the oil that comes out...

Although the foreman is right, he probably dunno half the thing he is talking about la. Some ppl use cooking oil as 2T, also no complain mah.

Please ask him what different between car EO and bike EO? What is the material in there different? And then, after that, you pick up two bottles of differend brand mia motorcycle EO, and ask him if these two also different? And then see how his face change.

i got took shell , petronas , motul , and few more EO to ask him ......... 

he still recomended me to pakai the cockoil .... he said  jalan 2500km ++ .. tukar ..  addition .. he said semi not suit my bike use .... and shell full he said too cair adi .. kurang baik ....      ( i also no choice coz he had masuk-ing dalam engine adi .... whn i reach )

hornestly i not recomended u waste duit to dyno .. u tak modify apa pun ....  duit tu u belanja i makan MCD more gud lah 

But u got try put the head on a rata surface? To see the head and block got uneven or not???

Thianz: what the foreman say about this pic ah? Is it normal? Or it's caused by the debris damage?


I compared the two photos here:

The piston looks like it does hit the head. But, do you still have the two item to see if there is physical damage?

Looking at the carbon deposit, don't think you are running lean anymore.
What pipe you using?

Alex, this is my broken high cam. Any idea what happened isit my fault or the foreman fault? Maybe he set the tappet too tight? Can that cause this kinda problem? Pic is below

When testing pull throttle the bike at high RPM than suddenly got sound comeout... When buka the cam time the oring part stuck inside the head there need to use plyer and pull it out..
