Backpack and accessories delivery is standard within3-5 days.
Only laptops, pcs take abt 2 weeks time. Estimated date is estimation including extra buffers days just in case any issues of out of stock or unforseen delays. Will inform my sales friend to chk and call u back tomorrow. In the order no. also have the person and contact no. to call direct. Received my Orion bag pack yesterday afternoon
 But the box that came with was in superb dented situation. Maybe should ask Dell to make it more hardened next time, just my opinion though. So far the bag was in good condition after checking it throughout last night  Waiting for my laptop now which is only 1 day late "arrive in main hub" status compare to the bag, lol ... Its seperate order for bag and laptop to get discounts for the backpack.
If the bag is dmg can alwys call dell for warranty support, normally they will replace with new units. U r welcome.
