U will get email for the order no. for warranty reference. Warranty claim just call dell support no. and provide the order no.
Normally Dell will change a new backpack for u.

Make payment on 11 Oct and received item in 14th Oct.
Two backpack are nice and received in good condition.

waiting for item to be delivered to office address. since i'm not in office, i use dell order status to check but it said estimated delivery date 14 nov 2011. does it take that long to deliver?

You can call Dell Toll Free at 1800-88-4432 provide them ur order no. to check on the delivery date.

I've called dell at the number above and the "machine" said estimated delivery date is 14th Nov. 2 weeks for delivery?? I didn't know that it take that long!
