Not just joining clans, even during match making, black ops doesnt have a system which groups players of similar skill together and just chucks in both the good and the bad players in one game.

For the orientation and recruitment, set the rules what and what not and which map is used. A smaller map would be good for all senior FAKP members to evaluate the players etc.

I think that is the system that 3arc develop to make both teams as balance as possible. Problem is, not all players with higher ranks (even Prestige 15th) are really up to their the ranks. Some were boosting their way up. Some good ones stopped ranking up (even at Level 50). There will be no perfect system. People will exploit the system when they figure out how it works. Best is just to play and enjoy, or even better, play with friends. It is just a game after all.
