Diving is not cheating?, izzit cheating or part of the game?

If wan to call diving cheat, why not evrything else?
Why angkat tangan when the ball is out and you know you the one that put it out? Why you must move 10 yards from original place when throw-in/ free kick? And many else i too lazy to write |
