I was thinking of getting Numbers for some simple excel editing. Based on the videos I saw it was quite impressive yet simple. But has anyone used it before?

I'm using Pages and Numbers. So far no problem with it as I can still send as .xls when using Numbers smile.gif

really? no problems? You must be doing some really basic editing then. This link begs to differ.

Yes, like I said that I'm just doing normal editing only. I just download my company report templates from my email and just edit from there and send it back after that.

I bought DocsToGo at first because thinking its cheap compared to buying iWorks.

but after using it for a few days, feel like being cheated. a lot of equations could not show up properly. Sometimes, my word document open up all the content got scrambled up and rendered useless. Contacted the support team N-times and nothing is fixed.

Fed up and go bought Keynote and Pages. Never a happy man than before.

Keynote is the best app for slides and Pages is the best app for word documents.

DocsToGo is a piece of sh!t... (pardon my language)

Just voicing out my opinion here.

Im using quickoffice hd. Its word processor is only like notepad. Kosong mcm ais kosong.
But the spreadsheet is quite okay. Not yet try complex formula.

For me, i will go for iwork either pages, numbers or keynote. Im sure Apple know better about iOS compare to the others. So they create perfect apps.

I have the screenshot, maybe i can email u. Pm Me your email.

So I guess the iWork suite is worth it right? Am considering it since it can be useful when I'm on-the-move.

Tried a few office suite for ipad and iWork is the best in term of its functionality and interface. Also the most expensive ( 3 x $9.99 ) Office bundle in the AppStore. I am happy staying with iWork for all my office need. thumbup.gif

I tested numbers at machine yesterday. Can't compared it to desktop version but it works well on an iPad. I'm more of a spreadsheet guy than a word processing guy. biggrin.gif
