Dear all
I posted this earlier and I guess it was drowned!
I am planning to reno for my small 1100 sq ft apartment (old building). Would appreciate some estimated costing from fellow readers if anyone of you had similar experience with similar works.
1) 2 bathrooms - re-plumbing, remove old tiles and install new tiles, replace wc & basin, install 2 water heaters. 2) 3 bedrooms - remove parquets and replace with tiles. Install 3 ceiling fans. Master bedroom - install built-in wardrobe 3) Kitchen - remove existing kitchen cabinet, sink & tiles and replace with new ones. 4) Living room polish floor (i think it's terrazo), install ac. 5) Replace all doors (1x main door, 3 x bedroom & 2 bathroom)
Whole house - repainting, re-wiring, install lights, & do cornice--in living room and optional in 3 bedrooms (not plaster ceiling)
Optional - replace windows and glass sliding door as well.
Can fellow sifus kindly share estimated cost for these works as I have pretty tight budget to work with.
Thank you very much!

Thanks for your reply KirRoyale. Do you know of any good & reliable contractor who can do everything I need?
Thanks Jojozep & Zheilwane.
BTW, I came across this person who is highly recommended by realestate forum - lk_how@hotmail.com but I have not contacted him. Any comments?

Kitchen cabinet itself 15K? I don't need all first grade material tapi I seriously hope I can get something decent that is within my budget. Whether to upgrade house or not later, that is a different story.

QUOTE(zie86 @ May 12 2011, 01:15 AM) For kitchen cabinet, u can get normal ABS cabinet. But for top, u need to get either tiles, granite or solid surface. ABS top can't last long. ABS cabinet? There's a thread on discussion of materials for the cabinets. What I can gather from there is that ABS is good for dry kitchen, not wet kitchen because if it comes in contact with water, it will swell up. Plywood is more recommended for wet kitchen. btw, Zie86, can pm me Mr Lim's contact as well? Thanks all!
