so in short, testament union is like government? and they're the 1st group of human that tried to repeat the histroy again?

the story takes places on a refugee ship which travel around japan and now the war starts because testament union stopped providing information. is that right?

By the way, reading Owari no Chronicle (by same author, where story take places long long time before Horizon on the Middle of Nowhere) would help you to understand more on the background of the world technology

I have no idea what's going on with the story, nor do I care. It's just so much fun to watch.
