I did provide positive feedback but there were some defects when I received my sword. It was minor so I did not mention it. It was some where in the scale of 3.5/5 so it is basically positive.

I DIY it a little and I don't see it so obvious now.

I knew the sword was an unofficial replica so I have to be content with lower quality craftsmanship.

If I were to find someway other than the defect to complain I would say that after the item has been dispatched I receive no reply for my PM.

I am a frequent online buyer so I have met quite a substantial amount of problems. Unless it is a deal breaker usually I just let it go.

Anyway, I wish you guys can settle this matter soon.

Set aside anger first and work things out. Maybe both of you start by stating what one is willing to offer and another how he wishes to be compensated.

Just my opinion.
