I was a victim of conterfeit Sony rechargeable batteries and charger, I bought 12Pcs AA batts from EconJaya and turned out that I was unable to charge it with the charger the indicator on the charger lit for few seconds and goes out, and the batteries got some sort of chemical smell. If you are from Kelantan or Terengganu, please do not buy Sony rechargeable battery from EconJaya supermarket, they are selling fake chargers with no sirim and fake rechargeable batteries. they are selling 2Pcs pack of 2300mAh and 2500mAh at same price RM29.90. damn.. the manager and supervisor argued with me and insisted those are originals and I ask them "can you prove it?" they said we'll contact the supplier. after like an hour after they contact their supplier, they came back and said "sorry.. we will refund you".
